We are pivoting from our traditional Career Empowerment Chats to a comprehensive framework: Career Compass: Navigating Life Beyond the Classroom. 🗺️ \nThe Goal: Catch learners early—right as they transition into high school and begin making critical subject choices—and empower them to dream far beyond their circumstances. \nWe want to remove the panic and pressure of the “real world” and replace it with curiosity and ambition. \nThe Action:\nTo truly deepen this impact\, we are combining our Career Guidance Programme with our new Link.
