Following the conclusion of our August Career Compass sessions, we will officially step into the next phase of student empowerment. We are thrilled to launch our brand-new initiative, the Link. Learn. Lead Mentorship Programme.

While Career Compass helps Grade 7 learners map out their paths and understand subject choices, this mentorship programme is the vehicle that brings those visions to life. It acts as the bridge that transforms classroom concepts into real-world impact.

Our primary goal is to expand the horizons of young learners who otherwise do not have ready access to industry information and opportunities. By connecting them with dedicated mentors, we aim to remove the intimidation of the “real world” and replace it with support and big dreams.

How it Works

The Link: We match our Grade 7 learners with professionals across diverse industries.

The Learning: Students gain invaluable, first-hand insights into career pathways, professional routines, and practical tools to navigate life.

The Leadership: Beyond job descriptions, mentors provide holistic life guidance, fostering the confidence these students need to step up and lead in their communities.
