Career Compass: Navigating Life Beyond the Classroom

This year, our Career Guidance Programme is expanding to provide more holistic career guidance for disadvantaged grade 7 learners. We are pivoting from our traditional Career Empowerment Chats to a comprehensive framework: Career Compass: Navigating Life Beyond the Classroom. 🗺️

The Goal: Catch learners early—right as they transition into high school and begin making critical subject choices—and empower them to dream far beyond their circumstances.

We want to remove the panic and pressure of the “real world” and replace it with curiosity and ambition.

The Action:
To truly deepen this impact, we are combining our Career Guidance Programme with our new Link. Learn. Lead Mentorship Programme.

This mentorship programme will bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world impact—connecting students directly with professionals who can guide their journeys beyond the career guidance talks.

We firmly believe that when you expose young minds to big possibilities early, you unlock their true potential. These learners are more than capable; they just need to be Linked to opportunity, empowered to Learn and inspired to Lead.
