In partnership with the African Eye Institute Trust (an NGO dedicated to reducing avoidable vision impairment in underserved communities) we kicked off an impactful two-day eye screening initiative at F.F. Ribeiro Primary School in Mamelodi.

Too many children struggle in class, fall behind or lose confidence as a result of vision impairments that are often easily treatable. By intervening early, we can transform a child’s educational journey and restore their confidence.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the African Eye Institute Trust team for their incredible work. Not only are they conducting these vital screenings for the entire primary school and grounds staff, but they will also be providing free prescription glasses to every child who needs them.

When we give a child the gift of clear sight, we give them a fair chance at a bright furture. 🌟
