As part of The Florence & Fabian Ribeiro Foundation’s annual career guidance programme, Career Compass, professionals from an array of industries will be speaking to Grade 7 learners over the next 4 weeks. They will share their real-life journeys, honest challenges, and practical advice.

This year, our learners will hear from a doctor, a journalist and author, a real estate professional, and a nurse specialising in forensics and occupational health.

Beyond our 4-week speaker series, we are excited to launch our new Mentorship Programme as an extension of our Career Guidance Programme. To offer wholesome, ongoing support, learners will be paired 1-on-1 with professionals in a safe space where they can ask questions, explore interests, and receive guided mentorship leading up to high school. Full details will be shared soon—stay tuned!
